Description
Defendant was convicted of Illegal Distribution and Delivery of Phenmetrazine, a controlled substance, and was sentenced to a term of ten years imprisonment. On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred: (1) in admitting into evidence experimental and opinion evidence that the pills in question contained phenmetrazine; (2) in admitting testimony describing how drug users use phenmetrazine and (3) in failing to declare a mistrial after the prosecuting attorney made inflammatory and prejudicial statements and referred to matters unsupported by the evidence during the closing argument. We affirm. On appeal from a criminal conviction, the State is entitled to the most favorable view of the facts in evidence and reasonable inferences therefrom. State v. Light, 636 S.W.2d 157, 158 (Mo. App. 1982).
